Michelle (she/her) is a coffee professional who loves sharing her knowledge and experience from her coffee journey. She practices veganism and is passionate about environmental sustainability. In 2019, she competed in a couple of coffee competitions and placed third in Coffee in Good Spirits. She is also a tea and mixology enthusiast at home.
